Can anyone let me know when the first game (date?) of Season 18 will be and when the first Cup game of Season 18 will be please?

Also, are energy levels back to full for new seasons or do they follow on from the previous?

4th March first Monday night friendly of the new season, 6th for cup and 9th for the first league game.

And energy will be reset.
