Selling my best players - good idea?

I somehow got the feeling that I will not win anything these next two-three seasons (though I may not be too far off).

so I put my good, mostly 28yo, players on the market for a week. Below is a link to one player that I am selling, you'll find access to others too.

Please tell me what you think about it all. Should I keep them on the TL or should I withdraw (46h left)?

If you can sell that many and still win a qualifier then I think it's a good idea. Or sell that many and have funds to improve again ahead of a qualifier then also it's a good idea.

I suppose mainly what is the target for this and the next two even three seasons? Including roughly where you want player wages to be.

Right now I don't care for player's wages, I would like to compete at the top and I'm not sure I can do that with this team.
I have to say, that I left my team on its own this season, I was a bad maneger.
I have already sold three guys that were on the wrong side of 30. I've got solid players coming out of my YA.
Alternatively I could sell those 19/20yo's and buy some help.

If you're not looking to compete this season then I'd tend to agree with selling some older players, I would though keep Albert he's good for seasons to come and would be very pricey to replace.

I decided to rebuild and do it right this time. (jeolmaga did some convincing)
Should I advertise my players in any way? On Global forums? Or does it not matter?

Would look at the selling players forum and the buying players forum. And go around the offsites giving people a heads up that you're selling.

List players from different countries, then you can put players up in more lounges and people can link to the other players for sale when they see your squad. Main decision is whether to sell now whilst the bot sale is on and see your players be amongst the crowd, or wait until it's over and have them stand out more, just if you wait money is lost to the game - so either decision is fine.
