I'm in Division 4 and looking for an open side flanker.

Technique should be 12/13 and speed at least 10.

Hope someone can help me.

Here's a bunch of guys currently on the TM. Obviously depends what you are looking for in terms of height/weight, age, how much you are prepared to pay and how good you need them to be (are you a new Div 4 side looking to consolidate or are you pushing for promotion to Div 3?).

Personally I like having a pretty big pack and would ideally have an openside about 192-196cm 110-118kg, aggressive/psychotic and flawless. Of course everyone has different views on their ideal player for each position though and the attributes of your openside will also be governed by the rest of your pack.

Especially suitable if you don't TT stamina, you can leave him ticking over on tech and defence, and then one or two others depending on training aims and training level. Discipline is okay, good even for a 7, and exp is good too.

Took me I think 5 or 6 seasons to get into Div 3, and then I got kicked straight back down (though I didn't try much to avoid that)

I'm not even trying to go up yet, although it's probably about time. I'll save up, spend wisely, and hope to go up in 3-4 seasons.

Yeah I need to raise my average CSK before trying to go up. I have a decent Div. 4 squad winning a few games but I want to push next season. This season I want to focus on building and getting rid of my oldees.
