Junior Prospect Empty Junior Prospect

Post by pjrussell1234 Sun Jan 29, 2012 12:47 pm

I've got a guy with 168 stars in my youth academy; birthday is R1 D7, 182cm, 80kg, conservative and rebellious. So far, Ive had reveals on jumping (low) and defence (medium). Ive been playing him LTNT at 14, been getting 3 stars every match so far. How much csr do you reckon he'll come out with, and how much do you reckon I'd get for him if I sold him? I've only got level 3 training currently, but could could I fund getting level 4's with the money I get from him?

Cheers,

pj

Very hard to say until he's promoted, but conservative/rebellious is not what I look for in a player.

My latest promotion from the YA came out at 25.1k CSR (which seemed pretty good compared to the other 17yr olds on the market) and I got $80k (thanks Widget) for him. Which was enough (with my matchday profits) to advertise for my first level 5 trainer. Very Happy

Having said that, a while back I popped a lad on 22.6k CSR and he ended up going for $204k

Maybe my selling technique needs some work, and maybe you can get more than that for a 17 year old, but at least it gives you some kind of idea.

I think well trained 19-20yr olds make more money than even very good fresh popped 17yr olds, but then you need the trainers to train em.

Well I'm hoping he's going to come out around 30k csr, I put enough stars on him! It just seems a waste to keep him myself, as he'll never get THAT good with my training facilities. But obviously, I want a fair bit of money from him!

If he comes out at around 30k you are looking at 500k+ at least, I bought one of the best prospects last season(31.5k csr) for 3m, just to keep him english, so if you pull a similar player, you're in the money, good luck!

What intensity are you playing on. Because it's hard to tell how good 3 stars is without knowing the intensity.

Currently playing on LTNT. Getting 3.5 stars at centre though, so he is hopefully going to come out ok.

3-3.5 isn't brilliant for TNT. It's good, but might not suggest a 30K pull.

What sort of player in the YA did he replace? And if you've got extra star ratings at centre having you tried him at 9 or on the flank? And if so what did he rate then?
