To train or to sell on....

Post by SammyPye on Tue Oct 18, 2011 11:32 am

This guy is going to be coming out of my youth team soon. My problem is that I'd have to stop training someone entirely to train him up and I'm not sure it'll be worth it.

Jay Wallace

Right handed, right footed, in reputable form .
A timid player with controlled discipline, satisfactory leadership, and despicable experience.

He's been playing at 10 in the youth team, getting 3*s.

Sammy, unless he comes out equal or better than one of your current trainees, stick with the current ones. I made the mistake of swapping training around, it doesn't help.

Boris, he looks like a nice enough flanker, he's csr is low because he's well balanced. If he doesn't have a place in your squad, sell on, if he fits well, keep him. Don't keep him just in case he magically gets better, he'll need constant game time to get anywhere, so either he makes the squad or he doesn't Very Happy.
