I'd carry on training.

If your trainees are amongst your best players you may wish to reduce their number of nets for 1-2 weeks, just remember to ramp them back up for R16.

And if dropping nets off you trainees do stick them on other players, don't waste them

i would rest on monday week 14 and week 15 mate and cancel team training in week 15.

that way you may be able to keep your trainees on 10 nets but just to hammer hone any advantage you want to gain you should drop them down to 5 nets for weeks 14 and 15 too Smile

Stamina: Admirable Handling: Impressive
Attack: Impressive Defense: Sumptuous
Technique: Admirable Strength: Reputable
Jumping: Limited Speed: Reputable

I can only afford one more player, is a fly half or full back more important for a higher finish in the playoffs and a good cup run next season?

if you can get any of them for 100k well then youve got an ultimate bargain there. all them are worth 500k at least

I've looked at the top 3, all good players. And if you can get any of them for that sort of budget do it, I suppose you never know.

Found 2 younger possibles. Neither anything like the players you've listed, but more likey to be in budget. Had to give some ground on the kicking front, nothing really stood out in budget with a 12 or better kick rating:

http://www.blackoutrugby.com/game/club.squad.php#player=11041718 - designs very nice kitchens on the side, but a little pricey

and then a cheaper option:

I managed to steal 3rd in the league, and am now a little uncertain about next season
Am i right in thinking that level 4 training is my main priority for the coming season? or am i better buying a few new players and aiming to finish higher in the table?

Buy players if you want to aim for 3rd or higher, but for me I wouldn't worry about that.

Decisions are really around lvl 3 Vs lvl 4. Level 3 is a perfectly acceptable standard if you're looking to train players up to 90K CSR, even 100K, and they are a lot cheaper. So if you're happy to take slightly less training for the next 5-6 seasons you should be able to keep costs down and have a war chest in place ready to go win your league and stay up in Div 3.

Or you could opt for lvl 4s now, which will cause issues in the short term unless careful, did for me anyway. And start training players that little bit more, not just at a higher lvl but with an extra 2 training slots which is decent.
