Lock or Winger? Empty Lock or Winger?

Post by Mr Kearns Sat Sep 08, 2012 9:54 am

I have just promoted a potentially excellent winger but in order to train him I will have to stop training my lock. I'm an average team in DivIV and my wingers don't tend to score very often and my lineouts are already one of my stronger parts of my game.

What do people think about which to train up? Or maybe switch on an 8 weekly basis?

just train bardolph to be a machine mate ... if your lineout is solid create a dangerous back instead

Train Bardolph, much better prospect. If you had a kicking trainer he could easily become a 10 which would add more value than wing.

Perhaps tricky to make him a beast of a centre with strength and technique where they are, but 15 would be an option too and just live with that jumping.
