Train or sell?
Evening folks
Finally pulled my first decent youth player. Was scouted with 30*, played 13 matches for the youth team at 4 and has always been on double stamina TT (level 1 youth facility)
Few questions:
Do I train him in my senior facility (level 3 + level 3 trainers) and if so, play him at as a lock or a flanker?
Or should I sell him? What do you think I would get for him?
Thanks in advance for your advice

Re: Train or sell?
He's taller than my current 5 and with a month's training he will have better stats too. So if I keep him I'd play him at 5 I think and put my existing 5 to 6.
When I get a new lock I'd push this guy to 6 as well.
I think i read somewhere that it make sense to put taller players with jumping at 6 as this position jumps most for lineouts after 4 and 5?

Re: Train or sell?
I'd agree with wing. I prefer my no.6 to be pretty tall (not to his requirements he's just mental). I'd say locks would need to be 202cm+ and the no.6 should be 195+cm with good jumping. With the no.8 also being on par or slightly worse (depends on who you are asking). I personally prefer to have 2 pretty good jumpers in my no 6,8 and my quicker better defender who can turnover in the key no.7 position.

Re: Train or sell?
Looks to me that to make him a 7 he'd need a good deal of training on Attack and Speed?
With his jumping, I'd say 6. Maybe stop gap at 5 until you get someone taller....or as a utility back replacement.
