BR organiser advice Empty BR organiser advice

Hi,

Quick question.

I have a couple of positions where the organiser suggests a player in a position when there is another player with a higher CSR who could also play in that position.

Is there any advice which is the better way to go?

position your players where they can best benefit you, if your best player is at 12 and you have another player who's best position is suggested to be 12 then play the lad at 13 .

or if he us suggested to be a winger and your top player's are wingers play him 13 or 15

or move your higher csr into another position as he is likely more well rounded and put the lower csr in his best suited position

Just about related, does anyone know if youth pops are shown on BR organiser?
I have only just got a manager and am unsure if i need to track this myself

They are not highlighted as pops as for the seniors, i.e. no green arrow next to the skill number.

Every Thursday though if you update borganizer and have kept a note of the youth's skills the previous week you will be able to see which popped.

I keep their skills on a spreadsheet so I can see how they are progressing each week. Just cus I'm sad like that Smile

Edit and a p.s. BR Manager doesn't show the pops either. I have no idea if premium managers can see pops like they do for seniors, or if they get a training email.
