Been my best player for a very very long time, got me into division 1 and also won the National Cup for me. Pretty much unrivaled on pick and goes with his weight, attack, strength and tech combo. Sad to see him go but I need the money as Lv 5's are killing me.

I thought he was for sale for £800 to begin with and felt that's not too bad. To be honest though even £8,000 looks pricey for this heap of mediocrity

Was it by 69 points? This will have Wing quoting '69 Dudes' all day long and giggling to himself. I'd also like to claim my team was closer to a reserves, though we're both limited by not having big enough squads for a true 2nd XV and likely had 7/8 1st XV players each. I am of course amused that with your 300K CSR players you still felt the need to normal, looks like you might have won at the weekend had you gone with a Wnwim against my shabby outfit.

Good luck in the cup, hope to get you in R6 next season, and if I think I can win I will go for it, maybe.

You're right mate, I may have won on the weekend in the end. In truth I didn't expect to run Shrimperzone close but glad that I managed it. I'm not expecting (or actually that bothered about) doing better than 5th/6th in the league this season, realistically I won't beat the top 2 or 3 to the title so I'm giving the cup a good go (I always seem to do rather well in the cup!) - hence why I normalled you (plus our ongoing rivalry!)
