Should I train this lad or sell him, and if the latter what reserve (valuation) should I put on him?

Stamina 8
Handling 9
Attack 7
Defence 10

Those are some nice untrainables, if you have the sessions available I would train him especially since hes a S16 U20 prospect...

I've only got lvl 3 trainers, so not an U20 prospect unless 99 other players throw themselves off the back of a ferry and don't make it to shore.

Still a worthwhile trainee though, even if he doesn't make U20 selection will be a beast for your club

For sure. He's on 9 sessions currently. Hoping to have level 4 up and running by mid S14, with the extra 2 sessions there he'll go onto 10 sessions.

Yea if I was in your position I'd definately keep him, even now my second rows are both shorter than this guy so you could very likely still be using him 10 seasons from now

I would keep him and train him.
If you train him and sell after 4 season you will make lots of cash and if you keep him he will be a very good 2nd row for your team.
I've been trying to buy a 2nd row for ages but the half decent ones go for millions.

dude if u have level 3 on 10 sessions im pretty sure he can make the england team. After all ur team has 45k and 50ks. level 3 on 10 sessiosn should get u around 50-70k s depending on different factors.

thats based on the fact we have a sub 50kcsr lock in the sqaud isnt it .

we currently have 5 better locks on 10 level 5 nets which damages his chances for seasons 15 and 16.

still worth a shot though

My 205cm 118kg lock is up to

Stamina 11
Handling 10
Attack 7
Defence 11
Technique 9
Strength 10
Jumping 10
Speed 6
Agility 6
Kicking 2

He's also now up to 37,266 CSR. I think his CSR growth has been really hit by my TT which includes attack, agility and speed (as I'm otherwise training backs) - incidentally he's still pending a pop in any one of those backs skills during this season which shows how long TT can take even on lower ranked skills.

Worth selling at the end of this season, or keep training?

How much would you be looking to pay?

No chance he's going anywhere on the cheap, or even medium expensive. He's into the hundreds of thousands in the cost of wages and training fees, and at 18 he's plenty of potential too.

Always a good price to pay. And I'd put him up for free, but I fear he'd sell for a little more regardless of such action.

Still sort of tempted to sell this lad to raise cash, but the trouble with that apart from not having him anymore is his form has crashed to despicable.

My 205cm 118kg lock (aggressive/controlled) is up to

Stamina 12
Handling 11
Attack 8
Defence 11
Technique 10
Strength 11
Jumping 11
Speed 7
Agility 7
Kicking 2

So no change to defence rating, actually not popped since December. CSR is only at 47k as a result of despicable form, any guesses as to valuation?

So since April on just IGT and TT (and actually around 4-5 weeks 1 jumping net) the 205cm/118kg lock has gone to:

Stamina 13
Handling 12
Attack 8
Defence 12
Technique 11
Strength 12
Jumping 12
Speed 7
Agility 7
Kicking 2

That's pops in stamina, handling, defence, technique, strength and jumping. I assume pops in speed and experience (he's still despicable) can't be far off. As of today he's 64407 CSR on decent form

19 or 20 yo? You'd make a good million or two from him, his height and weight will be a good factor, plus he's not that slow for a second row.

He's 20 now. 21 in R6 next season.

Doubt I'd actually sell him at this point. Not least as a seven figure sum sounds a little on the high side
