Season 14 Aims

1. Reach the final, which seems to be harder and harder to do every season
2. R5 of the Cup
3. Expand Stadium
4. Daines to 80k
5. Stanton to 65k(big ask maybe)
6. Scout some huge monsters for the S18 WC
7. Get every 1st teamer over 50k

What are everyone elses?

1.Be a Godly manager
2. win the world cup (comes under goal No.1)

1. Top 4 finish in the league.
2. R3 of the cup (equalling my previous record).
3. Take Travis Grant to 80k
4. Take Steve Seymour to 35k
5. Take Spendlove to 55k
6. Save cash, maybe expand stadium depending on new membership changes.

1. Top 4 finish in the league.
2. Scout an amazing prop trainee for S18 U20's.
3. Samson Purchas to 65k+ CSR.

1. Finish 2nd in the league.
2. Knockout stages of the WCC and IGTWCC shield.
3 Scout a lush U20 S18 player.
4. Improve the depth of my squad.

1. Survive in DIv III again (just stayed up for the first time after seasons of yo-yoing)
2. Scout 4-5 potential s18 u20s (including good trainee hooker)
3. Get Shanks to 120K
4. Get Morgado to 60K
5. Balance the books. (Hence why scouting 4-5 potential u20s)

1. 1st place in League and promote (I am only in div V!)
2. Balance the books and become profitable
3. Work through my youth recruitment to seniors
4. Get through to R2 of the Cup
5. Train hard...fight easy

1. Expand the stadium
2. Recruit a lvl 3 coach (finally)
3. Find a new second row
4. Beat Raggs at least once!

1) Top 4 finish, managed it this year, want to do it again!
2) Start to find replacements for what will be the 13 over 30s at the end of the season!
3) Linked into that, spend some of my 500 odd stars on awesome trainees for next season!
4) Try and be a bit more active in the league lounge, and on the offsite. Uni and work will play a big part in this unfortunatly

1. Finish 6th or above in league IV.50
2. Get Milner above 37k
3. Get all 25k CSR above 30k
4. Be journalist
5. 3rd round of cup

1. Survive in Div 2
2. Lentin to over 100k csr
3. Promote a couple of decent youths

1. Survive Div IV
2. Vranjes to over 35k CSR
3. Biddick to 30kCSR
4. Improve training facilities
5. Promote a couple of decent youth players.

Well as this is my first real season my aims are:

1. Work out exactly how the game works.
2. Build up the facilities.
3. Get a workable Youth Academy up and running.
4. Get promoted or at least finish top 2.
5. Still be here come S14 R16 D6!

The longterm plan is set. So my aims this season are simple:

1) SURVIVE!

1) Not coming last in my league
2) Getting another lock of decent standard would be nice as well.

1-After looking at my financial losses today, staying afloat.
2-Top 3 finish
3-Another good cup run.
4-Scout a good lock for S18
5-Get Puscat over 70K
6- Have a good run in the WCC & the IGTWCC

1. Finish in the playoff spots
2. Get Damerell to over 100k
3. Save enough money to start getting level 5s
4. Get to round 5 of the Cup
5. Scout a new number 8 and fly half

My first full season also so :-

1. Understand tactics
2. Understand best ways to max training on limited budget !
3. Finish in top 4
4. Get average CSR to 20k
5. Understand youth development

1) Get promoted.
2) Scout some decent youth picks.
3)Know what my best tactics are.
4) Have a 100% record in the league - includes playoffs.

Well...failed on number 4.

Ho hum.

Get in. I must have got through to R3 of the cup without playing the next game!!! I'm against a new manager whos highest CSR is 13,000!!!

1.) Get as far as possible in the cup with this team I have
2.) Save loads and try not to spend my money.
3.) Wordworth to 200k.
4.) Spezza to 155k.
5.) Gutierrez to 140k.

1) Get at least as far as R3 of the cup again (not looking likely now as drawn as team in divison above in R2)
2) Train a new N8 as mine has just started to drop CSR
3) Coot to 40K
4) Scount 4 new forwards at 40 stars each, want a hooker to start training in S15 and need to make some cash on others to afford L4's

1) Reach finals of league
2) Ellicott to 50K and figure out if he is a prop or monster flanker
3) Hollis to 100K
4) Get my s**t together on some tactics .....

Early update... I'll correct anything later, but i'm bored now.

1. Yes, almost impossible to fail now I'd say.
2. Yep.
3. Looking rather unlikely, probably won't be too far off though, 75k is likely I'd think
4. Did I say 35k... lets bump that up to an optimistic 45k.
5. Can't see him not reaching it, easily on target atm, though he does have impressive form.
6. Saving hard, was aiming for 1 mil, and I'm on target (with prize money).

Been a good season really, got a fantastic win in the WCC too.
