Hey fellas,

Just to ask you all NOT to promote any 17 year old with an early Bday next season (he may be 18 when you get the chance).

These guys will turn into free 10* (which can be good) scouts in a little over 2 seasons time. Which will greatly increase our player pool. OK 10* isn't often a great, but it's potentially free player for u20s, which has got to be taken advantage of!
