looks to me like penalties killed you, 10 conceded. Moreover, even though you have far far more phases and rucks won, the territory (50/50) would suggest that these rucks and phases weren't in a threatening area to the opposition. Maybe just a quirk of the ME that you didn't build attacks in threatening areas, or possibly the tendency of your players to attack from deep.

Whoops, didnt see the pen count! I only checked the turnover. 14 turnovers isnt too bad... But then againt 10 penos... hmmm Slight tweaked my tatics now.

Yeah a 9 always gets loads of ball carries, 111 seems a lot admittedly, but not excessively so when you played such a forward game like you did.
