What should i focus training with front row players on? seeing as i have to replace them soon! cheers

Technique most importantly, followed by Strength both are very important for scrummaging.

I do monst strength props, with tech second, and hooker tech, hand, strength.

I usually stop training at around 17 strength etc if their not going to go any further than club level.

cheers guys, just trying to find out all the requirements for positions still, like i know flankers and back row require good technique to turn ball.

Who actually needs good jumping then?

Jumping Priority 1: 4&5
Priority 2: 6,7,8
Priority 3: 15
Priority 4: 11,12,13,14
Priority 5 : 10

dont bother with the front row's jumping
