With level 5 training every week until the U20s in Season 18, there will be a massive boost in CSR and all his skills, he just has the money and the facilities to make him a NZ U20 in S18

Yes but most of us have lvl 5's and could have turned him into a centre ourselves. Im guna contact the guy anyway and see if he will train for England but i doubt it.
