Scouting Stars Youth

Ok so when I have promoted a youth player and then used 30 stars scouting 1 to replace him is there anywhere that tells me I have used 30 Stars.

And how do I know if the guy ive recruited is any good do I have to wait till he 17 then promote him straight away or leave him till 19 ?

If you have premium it will inform you in his stats the numbers of stars used, if non premium I'd suggest making a note as you go, as you can't see such info in their history until you promote at senior level.

Try playing the player in a variety of positions in the YA team, all games as TNT, and see where they do best in the reporter ratings.

To leave in the YA vs promote depends on what you want the player for, and also what level training is available at YA and senior level.
